Ferry mead trip!
Last month Nigel and Beth's kaiawhina group went to ferry mead on the 27th of may went we got there we had to go throw the rules 1. stand up straight 2. ladies before gentlemen 3. take care of shoes 4. children may be see but not heard those were the rules before we went in the magic arch way then we had to get in a dress
and the boys had to wear knickerbockers then we went in to group and did some activities.
first activities my group did was immigration it went you have a fake name fake job fake family and we would pick i fake sickness from a bag here are some picture .
for my second activities we did crafts.There was candle making knitting and french knitting. and more i really like crafts it was fun now here are some pictures .
for my 3 activities i did v huts were you had to do jobs around the v hut there were lots of jobs here are some picture.
and for the last thing i did was packing the trunk it were you have two bag one for the cabin one for wen you got to new Zealand .
then we had different groups and look around the 1850's .
I learn that shoe were so expensive back then.
